Terms and Conditions

Your purchase of any product or service is governed by the terms and conditions listed herein. As it relates to all purchases, “Wordsmith Resume Writing and Interview Prep” [hereafter, “the Company’] makes no guarantees that purchasing services/products will result in job interviews or job offers. There are critical factors outside of our control that enable or disable candidate selection.

Resume Purchases: After the revision process, you will receive your final drafts in .DOC and .PDF formats. These files will officially belong to you and can be edited and revised for future applications. The Company will not be responsible for additional edits, after the delivery of your final draft.

All Service Purchases: During the intake period (the period through and until the initial phone consultation), services may be cancelled and refunded, less a $25 cancellation fee. After the phone consultation, work will begin on your resume. Cancelling services before fulfillment or delivery will result in a partial refund of 75% of your paid fees.

They make no guarantees or representations (neither implied or expressed) regarding the effectiveness of the resume development services nor any guarantees of employment. All transactions will be done in good faith and the Terms & Conditions herein are merely an attempt to communicate our business practice to our customers.
